BENGALURU: Growth in fintech rarely happens by chance, and for Razorpay, scaling enterprise partnerships has become a key engine. The company has elevated Manishi Bajaj to associate director, recognising her role in strengthening its enterprise partnerships and revenue strategy.

Bajaj announced her promotion in a brief post reflecting on her journey so far and expressing enthusiasm for the next phase of her career within the company.

In her previous role as senior manager, enterprise partnerships, she helped build a payments-led growth engine designed to scale user acquisition and repeat transactions while keeping customer acquisition costs low. She also managed a loyalty platform with an annual gross merchandise value of around 145 million dollars, contributing to sustained growth and profitability for the business.

A key part of her work included generating approximately 1.5 million dollars in net revenue through strategic enterprise partnerships and expanding the company’s loyalty ecosystem. Her focus has been on linking payments infrastructure with business growth outcomes, a space that has become increasingly central to India’s digital economy.

Commenting on her work trajectory, Bajaj said, “Happy to share that I have been promoted to Associate Director at Razorpay. Grateful for the journey so far. Looking forward to what is next.”

Before joining Razorpay in late 2023, Bajaj held roles across consumer internet and partnerships-led businesses. At Fam India, she worked on enterprise partnerships aimed at driving Gen Z acquisition across education, gaming and technology ecosystems.

Her most extensive experience came at Zomato, where she spent nearly six years across partnerships, strategic alliances and account management roles. There, she worked on building long-term restaurant partnerships, driving marketing campaigns and supporting both online ordering and dining-out growth initiatives. Earlier in her career, she also handled sales and client acquisition roles and worked as a content writer, building early experience across communication, marketing and digital strategy.

Academically, Bajaj holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Honours from Delhi University.

Her elevation comes as Razorpay continues to deepen its focus on enterprise-led expansion and ecosystem-driven growth in India’s competitive payments market. As the company scales its financial infrastructure offerings, leaders like Bajaj are playing a key role in translating partnerships into measurable revenue impact and sustained business momentum.
