Amagi names Brunda S Krishnamurthy vice president – people experience
HR veteran joins streaming tech firm to shape culture and employee growth
BENGALURU: People are often called a company’s greatest asset, and at Amagi Corporation, that asset has a new champion. The cloud-based SaaS company serving the broadcast and streaming industry has appointed Brunda S Krishnamurthy as its vice president of people experience. The appointment marks the latest chapter in a career spanning nearly three decades across human resources, compensation and benefits, talent management, organisational transformation, and employee engagement.
Krishnamurthy announced the move on LinkedIn, describing her arrival at Amagi as the start of a “new chapter”. She said the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business and lead its people agenda was particularly exciting as the company continues to expand its global footprint.

She added that her focus would be on building an exceptional, inclusive and high-performing culture while enhancing the employee experience for Amagi’s global workforce.
Krishnamurthy joins Amagi with extensive leadership experience in human resources and total rewards. Most recently, she served as global director, total rewards at Pall Corporation, where she led compensation, benefits and equity programmes across global markets. Prior to that, she held several senior HR leadership roles at the company, overseeing talent strategies, employee engagement initiatives, payroll operations and compensation frameworks.
Her career also includes leadership stints at Waters Corporation and IBM, where she worked across HR operations, workforce management, compensation planning, talent acquisition and organisational development. Before transitioning into human resources, she spent close to a decade with United Breweries Ltd. in technical and product development roles, giving her a diverse professional background that spans both business and operational functions.
The appointment comes as companies across the technology sector place greater emphasis on employee experience, workplace culture and talent retention amid increasingly competitive global hiring markets. For Amagi, bringing in a seasoned HR leader with expertise in rewards, analytics and transformation signals a continued focus on scaling its people practices alongside business growth.
With Krishnamurthy now at the helm of people experience, Amagi appears set to ensure that as its streaming technology reaches more screens worldwide, its workplace culture remains equally in tune with the needs of its growing workforce.
