NEW DELHI: Passing the billboard baton, Mobiyoung Group has announced a leadership transition as the company prepares for its next stage of growth in the digital out-of-home and AdTech market.

The company has elevated Shivalika Anand as chief executive officer, while founder Anuj Bhandari will move into the role of non-executive director.

The transition comes as Mobiyoung sharpens its focus on scale, technology-driven innovation, strategic partnerships and expansion across India and international markets.

Over the past few years, the company has steadily expanded its footprint in India’s digital out-of-home advertising ecosystem through data-led campaign solutions, media technology and programmatic advertising capabilities.

Its platform, DGTOOHL, was among the few Indian platforms onboarded by Google for programmatic digital out-of-home advertising, a milestone that strengthened the company’s standing in the fast-evolving media-tech space.

Anand, who has been closely involved in the company’s growth strategy, operations and partnerships, will now lead Mobiyoung’s next phase with a focus on scaling capabilities, expanding market presence and accelerating innovation-led growth.

Speaking on the transition, Anuj Bhandari said the company was founded on the belief that the future of media would be measurable, intelligent and deeply integrated with technology.

He added that Anand’s strategic clarity and operational leadership made her the right choice to steer the company into its next chapter.

Meanwhile, Anand said brands today are increasingly looking for accountability, agility and smarter audience engagement in outdoor advertising.

She added that the company remains focused on building solutions that combine creativity, data and measurable impact while pushing the boundaries of modern outdoor media experiences.

In his expanded role, Bhandari will focus on global expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, investor relations and long-term innovation initiatives.

As advertisers continue shifting towards data-led and measurable outdoor campaigns, Mobiyoung appears ready to put its growth plans firmly in the spotlight.
