Zee’s ‘SaReGaMaPa Challenge 2005’ strengthens reach through alliances
MUMBAI: Zee TV’s musical reality show, Hero Honda Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 strengthens its reach with a host of on air and off air associations. Hero Honda Sa Re GA Ma Pa Challenge 2005 has undertaken extensive alliances with Sify, Radio Mirchi, Dainik Bhaskar, Sa Re GA Ma HMV and Music World.
Speaking on the occasion,Zee TV VP marketing Tarun Mehra said, ” Sa Re GA Ma Pa Challenge 2005 has a unique format and has generated great reviews from the audiences. We believe that these associations will further our connect with the viewers. While each of the association has its distinctive reach, collaboratively, the benefits derived are immense.”
Elucidating the alliances further, he added, “The partnership with Sify will help us gather presence at the numerous iWay hubs and allow us visibility on broadband. Radio Mirchi is our partner for content on radio. Similarly, the music collaboration has been sealed with Sa Re GA Ma HMV who will record an album with the winners of the series and release a compilation of songs featuring the four musical maestros Adesh Shrivastav, Himesh Reshammiya, Ismail Darbar and Jatin-Lalit, whereas, Music World, the retail partner will retail the records.”
Speaking on the association, Sify Interactive Services Sr. vice president Surya Mantha said “We are delighted to be associated with Sa Re GA Ma Pa Challenge 2005. As the exclusive broadband partner for the show, www.sifymax.in will showcase “behind the scenes footage” not to be found anywhere else. Consumers will be able to interact with contestants and mentors through chat. For the first time ever, consumers will be also be able to record and send video messages to their favorite contestants and mentors through Sify’s extensive, nationwide network of iWay cybercafés.”
Sa Re GA Ma Pa Challenge 2005 is a musical reality show, essentially a contest between four musical maestros selected from across 13 cities to compete with each other under the guidance of the four mentors. The mentors enter the battlefield armed with their respective teams in the quest to find the deserving winners.

TLC launches ‘World On My Plate’ with Shipra Khanna
New travel-food series premieres 29 March at 7:00 PM.
MUMBAI: Shipra Khanna just packed her bags and her flavours because when a celebrated chef takes you on a global plate tour, even the couch starts feeling like first-class. Warner Bros. Discovery India has announced the launch of World On My Plate with Shipra Khanna, a new travel and food series set to premiere on TLC on 29 March at 7:00 PM. Hosted and curated by the popular chef and television personality, the show blends food, travel and culture through an intimate and immersive lens.
Across three visually rich episodes, Shipra journeys to global destinations to explore not just what people eat, but why they eat it, uncovering the stories, traditions and human connections behind every dish. The series opens in London, weaving its iconic landmarks with diverse culinary scenes, before moving to Spain’s vineyards, olive orchards and coastal kitchens.
