Colors Kannada announces another blockbuster family drama Shree Gowri

The narrative unfolds against the mesmerizing coastal backdrop of Karnataka, where the lives of two individuals from divergent worlds converge in a tale brimming with emotions, deep bonds, and profound sacrifices.
Shree Gowri, grappling with minor ailments, resides in a secluded village on the Karnataka coast. Her father, who holds her as his utmost priority, faces the challenge of finding her a suitable match while concealing her undisclosed ailments from the world.
Simultaneously, Appu, the dynamic youth of the village, extends a helping hand to everyone except his own household. Despite being the sole breadwinner for his joint family, his unwavering love for his aged mother compels him to navigate various obstacles, especially her age-related illness.
The story delves into how these two individuals from different walks of life meet to resolve their family issues, creating a tapestry of happiness, trauma, sacrifice, and a myriad of emotions.
Breaking new ground, Colors Kannada introduces the exhilarating Kambala race, an annual buffalo race, into the show. This daring move showcases the network’s commitment to experimenting with fresh and captivating content.
Amulya Gowda, a popular face in television and former BIGG BOSS Kannada contestant, makes a triumphant return to the small screen as Shree Gowri. Karthik Atthavara, known for his previous roles in daily soaps, takes on the role of the protagonist. The series boasts a promising ensemble cast, including Sunil Puranik, seasoned actor, Nadini Gowda, a renowned television personality, veteran Gayathri Prabhakar, and theatre personality Sanjay Suri in lead roles. The leading free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) service in India has launched Kings of Comedy, a premium comedy channel featuring some of the country’s most beloved primetime shows. Available exclusively on Samsung TV Plus, the channel delivers back-to-back hits including Comedy Nights with Kapil, Khatra Khatra Khatra, and Comedy Nights Bachao, with no login or subscription required.
The launch marks a milestone for free streaming in India, offering audiences a dedicated comedy destination directly from their Samsung TV home screen.
