The show will begin airing on Sony Entertainment Television from 20 December.
The broadcaster will telecast the test series starting on 8 December.
The channel has roped in Dream11 and Fairplay as sponsors for the tournament.
The series will begin airing on 17 November on the Star Sports network.
The group stage of the ICC T20 World Cup series will begin on 17 October.
