The division bench of the Kerala HC pronounced the judgement on Wednesday.
The court ruled that there are sufficient grounds for denying permission of renewal of the channel
The matter is posted for hearing on Wednesday.
The regulations that came into force on 2 January 2020 were challenged by AIDCF in the Kerala HC.
This move will pave the way for the long pending new DTH licenses
