The court had previously granted an injunction against holding of the EGM.
The regulator has asked Zeel to exercise due diligence in the timeliness of disclosures.
The hearing will be held one day after the Bombay high court hearing.
Earlier, the NCLT had given Zeel time till 22 October to file its reply.
Invesco has been in talks with Zeel’s management on governance issues for years.
