Goswami has simultaneously filed a bail plea in Alibaug sessions court.
Hansa's employees will only be called in twice a week till the next date of hearing.
Goswami and other accused are free to approach the sessions court for bail.
The hearing has been adjourned to Friday.
He was arrested yesterday in a 2018 case of abetment to suicide.
