The Zeel shareholder released a statement following the Bombay HC’s verdict.
The AGM was first scheduled to be held on 27 September.
On Thursday, Invesco had challenged the injunction
Zeel has also cancelled its board meeting scheduled on 27 October citing a lack of quorum.
The hearing will be held one day after the Bombay high court hearing.
