HBO new year eve special on 31 December
MUMBAI: Max (Jamie Foxx, Ray) has lived the mundane life of a cab driver for 12 years. The faces have come and gone from his rearview mirror, people and places he’s long since forgotten…until tonight. Vincent (Tom Cruise, Mission Impossible III) is a contract killer. Tonight, Vincent arrives in L.A. and five bodies are supposed to fall, including District Attorney Annie (Jada Pinkett Smith, The Matrix Revolutions). Circumstances cause Vincent to hijack Max’s taxicab, and Max becomes collateral – an expendable person in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Through the night, Vincent forces Max to drive him to each assigned destination. And as the authorities race to intercept them, Max and Vincent’s survival becomes dependent on each other in ways neither would have imagined.

And just when things couldn’t get any worse, the love of his life Mary-Jane (Kirsten Dunst, Elizabethtown, Wimbeldon) gets engaged to somebody else. Things are so bad he declares that he’s quitting, and never putting on the suit again. However, his sense of duty forces him to resume his heroics when the brilliant scientist Dr. Otto Octavius is deformed in an accident and becomes Dr. Octopus. With four metal tentacles sticking out of his back, he’ll be more than a handful for everyone’s favourite webslinger.

Zee5 launches five free FAST channels on Samsung TV Plus India
New genre-led channels bring comedy, drama, horror, classics and South films to Smart TVs.
MUMBAI: Zee5 just turned Samsung Smart TVs into a free entertainment buffet because when premium content costs nothing, even the remote control starts smiling. Zee5 has launched five curated free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels on Samsung TV Plus India, making high-quality, genre-specific entertainment available subscription-free to millions of Samsung Smart TV owners across the country.
The five channels now live are:
Zee Comedy Nation – Popular comedy shows and movies
Zee Dil Se – Compelling drama series
ZEE Horror Nights – Horror and supernatural content
ZEE Cine Classic – Timeless Indian films
ZEE South Flix – High-energy South Indian films dubbed in Hindi
All content is drawn from Zee5’s extensive library and programmed in a lean-back, always-on format ideal for large-screen viewing. This launch strengthens Zee5’s Connected TV strategy at a time when 64 per cent of its premium content watch time already comes from connected devices.

The channels are available directly through the pre-installed Samsung TV Plus app with no login or subscription required.
