Publicis India bags media mandate for Ralson tyres

MUMBAI: Tyre manufacturer Ralson India has appointed Publicis India as its creative partner. 

The mandate will be handled by the Delhi office of Publicis India and will include full-service creative responsibilities encompassing retail, ATL and BTL advertising. Publicis India takes over from Triton Communications, which was the incumbent agency on the account.

Publics India won the bid via a multi-agency pitch that saw participation from some leading agencies from India. The agency was appointed for its precise understanding and articulation of the brief, which is to make Ralson a trusted and dependable tyre partner in India.

Ralson India vice president of advertising and public relations Yogeshwar Sharma says, “We are glad to announce that from now on Publicis India will be managing Ralson’s brand and marketing communications. After a rigorous selection process, we found Publicis scoring high on strategic thinking, creative ability and responsiveness. They have agreed to deploy the senior most talent available in the agency to conceptualise and design Ralson brand communications. Hence, the company has high hopes of brand consolidation and amplification from them.”

In existence since 1974, Ralson is an established name in the tyre industry. Brand Ralson’s promise of innovation, dependability, durability and toughness extends across its product range. With the iconic launch of Ralco a few years back, Ralson successfully ventured into the high-tech field of automotive tyres in the two-wheeler, LCV and tractor segments.

Today, Ralson and Ralco together support the industry with an astounding 1 lakh+ tyres a day. Ralson tyres and tubes are also exported to over 60 countries in South America, Africa, the Middle East and the far East. The Research and Development Laboratory of Ralson is accredited by the Department of Science and Technology, government of India.
