Grapes Digital bags AOR & communication mandate for Supertails

MUMBAI: Homegrown digital pet care start-up, Supertails.com has assigned its first time digital AOR (Agency of Record) and Communication (PR) mandate to Grapes Digital. The agency won the mandate following a multi-agency pitch and it will service the account from its New Delhi office.

As per the mandate, the agency will be responsible for executing digital duties for the brand such as media planning and buying, creative and digital branding and strategy, content planning for social media marketing along with public relations. Grapes will also manage to scale up the brand’s social media presence, and persistence will be built and managed on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, the brand said in a statement.

Commenting on the partnership, Supertails co-founder Vineet Khanna said, “As the population of pet parents increases in the country, so does the need for having a strong communication to resonate with them.  We aim to enrich this new journey for them with products and services that they require the most.
