Bumble partners with Ananya Panday’s So Positive for online dating safety campaign
Three-part podcast series aims to promote safer, more intentional dating among young Indians
MUMBAI: Bumble has partnered with actor Ananya Panday’s digital initiative, So Positive, to launch a three-part podcast series focused on online safety, intentional dating and modern relationships.
The series will feature conversations with singer Lisa Mishra, author Shaheen Bhatt and musician Anuv Jain, addressing topics including authenticity in dating, building trust, profile verification and navigating common dating challenges.
The collaboration is backed by Bumble’s latest research, which found that 94 per cent of single Indians consider safety the most important factor when choosing a dating app. The findings are based on a survey of 2,000 dating app users in India aged 18 to 35 conducted between June 2 and 9, 2026.
The podcast series will be distributed across Bumble’s and So Positive’s digital platforms, alongside social media content centred on trust, safety and meaningful connections.
Ananya Panday said the initiative aims to create a safe space for honest conversations around dating and online relationships.
“Partnering with Bumble on the Safety First Series felt like a natural fit because we are both trying to encourage more openness, authenticity and kindness in the way young people connect today,” she said.
The campaign is part of Bumble’s broader effort to promote safer digital interactions and empower users to build meaningful relationships through trust and transparency.
