The long-running legal battle was adjourned on Thursday
It said Fair and Handsome's ad isn't disparaging to HUL's Fair & Lovely.
The interim order came on Tata Sky's plea.
The court said that fixing reserve price is Prasar Bharati's commercial discretion.
