Mumbai: August is shaping up to be a game changer for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Sony Interactive Entertainment has unveiled its monthly games lineup, led by Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, alongside cooperative adventure Big Walk and psychological survival horror title Signalis.

The three games will be available to PlayStation Plus members from August 4 through August 31.

Headlining the lineup is Dying Light 2 Stay Human, available on both PS5 and PS4. The action-adventure title drops players into a post-apocalyptic city overrun by infected creatures and warring factions. Players take on the role of Aiden Caldwell, whose choices influence the fate of the city, while the game also supports up to four-player cooperative gameplay.

Joining it is Big Walk, a PS5-exclusive cooperative multiplayer adventure that focuses on teamwork, communication and exploration. Players work together to solve puzzles, navigate an open world and complete challenges, with an emphasis on collaborative play rather than combat.

Rounding off the lineup is Signalis for PS4, a retro-inspired psychological survival horror game in which players explore a dystopian world filled with puzzles, hidden secrets and unsettling creatures.

In addition to the monthly games, Sony Interactive Entertainment will release a PlayStation Plus pack for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls on August 6.

The bonus pack includes five PlayStation avatars inspired by characters such as Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom and Ghost Rider. It also features a collection of in-game result screen character poses for 20 playable characters.

The pack can be redeemed through the PlayStation Store by PlayStation Plus members and will be available via the PlayStation Plus section on PS5, PS4 and the PlayStation Plus web page. Once downloaded, the avatars can be used on player profiles, while the character poses can be accessed in the PS5 version of MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls.

Sony Interactive Entertainment, director, content acquisition and operations, Adam Michel said the August lineup offers a mix of action, cooperative exploration and survival horror, giving PlayStation Plus members a varied selection of experiences across different genres.

With zombie survival, puzzle-solving adventures and psychological horror all arriving in a single month, PlayStation Plus is serving up a diverse catalogue designed to appeal to both solo players and multiplayer fans.
