Pravis names Amit Duggal as its first chief growth officer
AI-marketing startup taps 23-year media veteran to lead its next phase of growth
HARYANA: Pravis has decided it needs a growth engine, and it has found one in Amit Duggal. The company appointed Duggal as its founding chief growth officer, a move designed to bolster its leadership bench just as demand for AI-enabled marketing and media capabilities is taking off.
Duggal arrives with more than 23 years across media, digital transformation and business growth, and joins the founding leadership team to steer Pravis through its next phase of expansion. His CV reads like a tour of the media establishment: leadership roles at Essence, Omnicom Media Group, Madison and Mindshare, where he worked on media and digital transformation for brands including Google India, PepsiCo, HP, Airtel, Cisco, Virgin Atlantic, Perfetti, Renault, ITC and SC Johnson.
He has not just worked inside the machine either, he has built pieces of it. Duggal founded technology-led ventures including Adorithm and MonkeyMinds, a digital marketing and technology company that worked across several brands.
“Media and AI are reshaping marketing faster than ever before,” said Prashant Sinha, co-founder of Pravis, commenting on the appointment.
Duggal himself framed the move as a natural next step. “Experiences taught me that sustainable growth comes from combining strong strategy, execution and technology. AI is making that combination even more powerful, and I’m excited to build on that opportunity at Pravis,” he said.
For Pravis, the hire is a statement of intent: AI-driven marketing is no longer a side bet, it is the main event, and the company wants someone who has already built and sold through that shift standing at the helm of growth.
