Raymond Group appoints Shalini Singh as head of corporate communications

MUMBAI: Raymond Limited has appointed Shalini Singh as head of corporate communications for the Raymond Group, strengthening its leadership team for corporate and strategic communications.

In her new role, Singh will lead the group’s external and internal communications, strategic communications, social media strategy, crisis management and financial communications. She will also oversee reputation management and C-suite communications across Raymond Group and its companies.

Singh joins Raymond after building a career spanning corporate communications, sustainability and reputation management. Since November 2024, she has been leading her independent advisory practice, Stewardship with Purpose, where she advises organisations on sustainability, corporate communications and leadership strategy.

She also serves as a member of the advisory board at the International Institute of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility, contributing to discussions around corporate sustainability and responsible business practices.

Before joining Raymond, Singh briefly worked as senior strategic advisor at NorthStar Insights, advising senior leadership and boards on strategic communications. She was also a fellow at Board Stewardship, focusing on governance, reputation building, sustainability and CSR leadership.

Her academic credentials include executive certifications in Strategic Thinking and Innovation from the Indian School of Business and Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

With Singh’s appointment, Raymond is adding an experienced communications and reputation specialist as it continues to sharpen its corporate brand, stakeholder engagement and leadership communications.
