GURUGRAM: Passing the baton without missing a beat. Mitgo has appointed Samrat Dutta as its new head of the Asia-Pacific region, succeeding Neha Kulwal, who is stepping away from the role after more than a decade to pursue her own entrepreneurial ventures.

Dutta, who previously served as the group’s chief financial officer, will now oversee Mitgo’s operations across the Asia-Pacific region as the company looks to expand its presence in key markets including India and Indonesia.

Mitgo’s regional headquarters are based in Gurugram, supported by offices in Indonesia and Singapore. Through businesses including Admitad, Trendweave and Takefluence, the company works with more than 3,000 brands and a global network of over 300,000 publishers, generating millions of dollars in annual sales for businesses across the region.

During Kulwal’s leadership, Mitgo expanded its footprint across Asia-Pacific by opening additional offices, increasing sales for regional clients and strengthening its position in the performance marketing ecosystem. The company also received recognition through the Martech Award 2026.

Commenting on the leadership transition, former Mitgo APAC head Neha Kulwal said Dutta’s experience and leadership make him well suited to guide the business through its next stage of development.

“I am delighted to welcome Samrat to this role. His leadership, experience and vision make him exceptionally well-positioned to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. I am proud of what we have built together and have great confidence in the direction the business is taking under his leadership,” Kulwal said.

In his new role, Dutta plans to focus on expanding Mitgo’s newer business lines while strengthening the company’s presence across India and other high-growth Asia-Pacific markets, particularly Indonesia.

Speaking on his appointment, Samrat Dutta said the region remains central to the company’s long-term ambitions.

“Taking on the responsibility for APAC is both an exciting opportunity and a significant milestone. Over the coming months, my priority will be to build on the momentum we’ve created across the region, strengthen our relationships with partners and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver sustainable growth. APAC remains one of the most dynamic regions globally, and I look forward to working closely with our teams to unlock new opportunities and drive even greater value for our clients,” Dutta said.

The appointment comes as technology companies continue to sharpen their focus on Asia-Pacific, where digital commerce, affiliate marketing and creator-led ecosystems are expanding rapidly. By promoting an experienced internal leader, Mitgo is signalling continuity while positioning itself to pursue the next phase of regional growth.
