DELHI: Vidushii Shrivastava has joined Kent RO Systems as marketing manager. Shrivastava announced the appointment on LinkedIn, describing it as the start of a new chapter after balancing a demanding marketing career with weekend business school before stepping away to reset. She said the break allowed her to prioritise her health, build sustainable routines and discover a passion for running, while also rethinking her approach to marketing, branding, business development and partnerships.

“I’m excited to be back with a fresh perspective to build and contribute alongside the team at Kent. Here’s to new beginnings,” she wrote in her announcement.

Before joining Kent, Shrivastava spent four months as consultant for brand and partnerships at National Book Trust, India. There, she led business development and marketing initiatives, focusing on outreach, proposal development and brand collaborations. Among the projects she worked on was the execution of a memorandum of understanding with Bisleri, overseeing pitch development, budgeting and coordination between stakeholders.

Earlier, she built her career in brand marketing at Bharti Airtel, where she progressed from assistant manager to manager, brand marketing. During her tenure, she worked across national campaigns for Airtel, Xstream Play, International Roaming and Airtel Payments Bank, contributing to integrated marketing initiatives spanning digital, app, out-of-home and print media.

Her work at Airtel included developing communication strategies rooted in consumer insights, creating campaign assets for national and regional audiences, contributing to the company’s tone of voice framework and launching the first edition of Brand Brew, Airtel’s internal marketing newsletter. She also collaborated closely with agency partners and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Prior to Airtel, Shrivastava spent nearly two years as creative supervisor at Havas Group. In that role, she helped shape the brand identity of House of Glenfiddich in India, developed campaign narratives and visual guidelines, led cultural collaborations and created launch identities for premium product introductions. She also worked on campaigns for brands including Revlon, Durex and Suzuki Motorcycles.

Shrivastava holds a postgraduate diploma in sales and marketing, leadership and strategy from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which she completed while working full time. She also earned a diploma in visual communication design and strategic branding from the Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology.

Her appointment at Kent RO comes as brands increasingly seek marketing leaders who combine creative storytelling with strategic business thinking. With experience spanning advertising, telecommunications, publishing and partnerships, along with a self-described renewed perspective following her sabbatical, Shrivastava returns to the industry ready to write the next chapter of her marketing career.
