Amala Earth launches its first in-house collection with Wildflower range
Inspired by nature, the collection spans fashion, home décor and jewellery
MUMBAI: After years of curating products from conscious brands and artisans, Amala Earth has stepped into original design with the launch of Wildflower, its first-ever in-house collection. Spanning womenswear, menswear, home décor and jewellery, the range marks a significant milestone in the platform’s evolution from marketplace to creator.
Drawing inspiration from wildflowers and their ability to flourish naturally in diverse environments, the collection centres on themes of freedom, adaptability and enduring beauty. The designs bring together natural materials, artisanal craftsmanship and versatile aesthetics, reflecting the values that have long shaped the Amala Earth brand.
The womenswear line features fluid silhouettes, relaxed drapes and detailed craftsmanship, with cotton silk fabrics forming the foundation of the collection. Designed with comfort and longevity in mind, the pieces incorporate subtle embellishments and fabric combinations that balance elegance with everyday wearability.
For menswear, the collection takes a more understated approach, combining relaxed tailoring with easy separates and refined detailing. The result is a wardrobe that prioritises versatility while maintaining a contemporary and polished look.
Across both fashion categories, signature wildflower-inspired motifs serve as a recurring design element. Techniques such as monotone threadwork, French knots, cutwork, lace inserts and handcrafted embroidery add texture and depth, bringing the natural inspiration behind the collection to life.
The Wildflower concept also extends beyond clothing. The home collection includes décor and lifestyle products crafted from materials such as textured linens, wood and dull brass. Designed for modern living spaces, the pieces aim to combine functionality with warmth and understated character.
Completing the offering is a jewellery range inspired by organic forms and delicate detailing. Designed for everyday wear, the pieces focus on timeless styling rather than seasonal trends, complementing the broader aesthetic of the collection.
The entire range is unified by a soft colour palette featuring ivories, muted neutrals, gentle greens and delicate pinks. Inspired by landscapes in bloom, the colours help create a cohesive visual identity across fashion, home and jewellery.
Commenting on the launch, Amala Earth founder Gunjan Jindal Poddar said, “Wildflower was inspired by the beauty of things that grow naturally and endure quietly. Over the years, Amala Earth has built strong relationships with artisans, makers and conscious brands, while developing a deep understanding of what our customers value.”
She added that the collection brings together the platform’s learnings across categories through thoughtful design, craftsmanship and quality materials, with a focus on creating pieces that feel personal, versatile and timeless.
More than a standalone product launch, Wildflower represents Amala Earth’s attempt to translate its philosophy into a unified design language. By connecting fashion, home and jewellery through a common narrative, the brand is seeking to create a lifestyle collection rooted in craftsmanship, materiality and enduring style rather than fleeting trends.
