Airtel elevates Khushboo to senior manager HRBP
HR leader advances to a key people role after a strong cross-sector career journey
NEW DELHI: Climbing the corporate ladder one people-first role at a time, Khushboo has been promoted to senior manager, HRBP at Airtel, marking another milestone in her steadily progressing human resources career.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Khushboo said she was grateful for the opportunities, learning experiences and support she had received throughout her journey.
“Happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Senior Manager – HRBP at Airtel. Grateful for the opportunities, learnings, and support from my mentors and colleagues throughout this journey. Looking forward to taking on new challenges and continuing to grow in this new role,” she wrote.
The promotion comes just over two years after she joined Airtel. Since October 2025, she has served as senior manager, HRBP network. Before that, she was manager, HRBP marketing from April 2024 to October 2025, playing a key role in supporting talent and business priorities across the organisation.
Prior to joining Airtel, Khushboo gained international HR experience with Emergency Personnel in London, where she worked as a human resources associate and earned recognition for outstanding performance within her first month. She also worked as a talent resourcer at Acosta Europe in the UK.
Her professional foundation was built at Tribeca Developers, where she spent nearly four years across multiple HR roles, progressing from executive trainee to senior executive, assistant manager and eventually human resources manager.
Academically, Khushboo holds an MSc in International Business Management with a specialisation in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, graduating with distinction. Her studies covered areas including international HR management, global strategy implementation and international business.
The promotion reflects Airtel’s continued emphasis on developing internal talent and recognises Khushboo’s growing contribution to aligning people strategy with business objectives. As she takes on broader responsibilities, her journey stands as an example of how diverse industry exposure and international experience can help shape the next generation of HR leaders.
