One recharge, endless bingewatch: Jio unveils Rs 200 OTT pass
The new entertainment bundle offers 15 OTT apps, 1,000 TV channels and unlimited 5G access for 28 days
MUMBAI: Binge now, buffer later. That seems to be the pitch from Reliance Jio as it rolls out a new Rs 200 OTT pass designed to bring streaming, live television and mobile data under one roof.
Launched on May 27, the new recharge pack combines subscriptions to 15 OTT platforms with access to more than 1,000 live TV channels, 30 GB of high-speed data and unlimited 5G connectivity for 28 days.
Jio says the bundled benefits add up to nearly Rs 1,500 in monthly value, positioning the pass as a low-cost entertainment hub for users increasingly hopping between multiple apps and subscriptions.
The pack includes YouTube Premium, offering ad-free viewing, background play and offline downloads, alongside JioHotstar Mobile plus Hollywood and Prime Video Mobile Edition. Users will also gain access to a wider library of streaming services through JioTV, including SonyLiv, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, FanCode, Hoichoi, Chaupal, Planet Marathi and Tarang Plus.
Beyond OTT content, the recharge also unlocks over 1,000 live TV channels, including more than 150 premium channels spanning sports, films, entertainment, infotainment and regional programming. Broadcasters available on the platform include JioStar, Sony Entertainment, Sun TV Network, Warner Bros. Discovery and ETV.
The plan additionally offers 30 GB of 4G/5G data, while unlimited 5G access remains active alongside a customer’s existing base plan for up to 28 days.
With consumers juggling an ever-growing pile of streaming bills, Jio’s latest offering aims to swap subscription chaos for a single-tap solution. The Rs 200 OTT Pass is now available through MyJio, Jio.com, retail stores and third-party recharge platforms.
