PRAT (Predictive Risk Advisory Token) monitors portfolio drift before systemic exposure accumulates. 

Real-Time Payments and Wire Transfers. Transaction velocity bands, counterparty risk bands, and settlement window compliance bands governed before every payment clears. MAT blocks any payment outside authorised parameters. ACR (Actuation Compliance Receipt) sealed before funds move. The receipt exists before the transaction settles. 

Open Banking and Third-Party API Access. Every third-party agent accessing banking infrastructure carries an authorisation band. OCT (Orchestration and Compliance Token) monitors every agent action in real time against pre-authorised bands. No third-party agent executes beyond its authorised scope. MAT blocks before access is granted. 

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Onboarding. Identity verification bands, document authenticity indices, and jurisdictional compliance bands governed at onboarding. HOP (Human Oversight Pathway) mandatory where identity band falls below authorised floor. CTIE (Civic Trust Infrastructure Extension) seals audit lineage for every onboarded customer. 

Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and Digital Asset Settlement. Every CBDC transaction carries a settlement band, counterparty compliance band, and jurisdictional authorisation band. PRAT monitors pricing drift across millions of accounts simultaneously. VETO fires if systemic repricing breaches authorised ceiling. MAT blocks before publication. 

Cross-Border Correspondent Banking. Correspondent bank capability bands, jurisdictional compliance bands, and settlement risk bands governed before every cross-border instruction. EMERGE (Emergent Meta-Environmental Response and Governance Envelope) detects correlated compliance signals across correspondent networks before cascade develops.

Delete-Before-Share (DBS): raw customer data deleted before it leaves the device or institution. Only the normalised band travels. At global banking scale, DBS materially reduces cross-system transmission and replication of raw identity-linked data. Data minimisation risk under global privacy frameworks reduced architecturally.
