MUMBAI: Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has wrapped up FY2026 on a strong note, reporting consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 218.48 crore and profit after tax of Rs. 29.35 crore, as the AI-native advertising and consumer growth company doubled down on global expansion, platform innovation and enterprise demand.

The company’s fourth quarter numbers added extra spark to the year-end tally. Revenue from operations in Q4 FY2026 rose 41.9 per cent year-on-year to Rs. 62.62 crore, while EBITDA climbed 67.5 per cent YoY to Rs. 13.34 crore. Quarterly PAT stood at Rs. 8.44 crore, up 56.6 per cent from the same period last year.

For the full financial year, EBITDA came in at Rs. 45.37 crore, translating into an EBITDA margin of 20.8 per cent, compared to 16.5 per cent in FY2025. PAT margin improved to 13.4 per cent from 11.1 per cent a year earlier, while consolidated basic earnings per share for the year stood at Rs. 19.49.

The company noted that FY2025 figures reflected only seven months of operations from September 2024 onwards and were therefore not directly comparable with the latest annual numbers.

Growth during the year was fuelled by rising demand from direct advertisers across sectors such as quick commerce, BFSI, fintech, retail and emerging digital-first businesses. Mobavenue also saw continued traction across connected TV, mobile, video and audience intelligence-driven formats as marketers increasingly chased measurable outcomes over broad-brush reach.

Internationally, the company widened its footprint with operations going live in the UK and expanded activity across LATAM markets. International business contributed 11.5 per cent of FY2026 revenue, with the company now serving more than 150 brands across 10 countries.

Client quality also improved during the year, with direct clients contributing 73.9 per cent of annual revenue, signalling deeper enterprise relationships and lower dependence on intermediaries.

On the corporate front, Mobavenue completed the 100 per cent acquisition of Mobavenue Media Pvt. Ltd., consolidating its integrated advertising and consumer growth ecosystem under one umbrella. The company also raised Rs. 49.99 crore through its first preferential capital raise to support technology investments, acquisitions and strategic expansion.

The year additionally saw the launch of the ESOP 2025 scheme and approval for a sub-division of equity shares as part of broader governance and organisational initiatives.

Technology remained front and centre of the company’s playbook. Mobavenue said its proprietary neural network-based decisioning engine now processes more than 125 crore consented and privacy-compliant consumer and campaign signals daily, with real-time inference speeds of under 15 milliseconds.

Its fully proprietary GMP 360 platform stack includes products such as PrsmX for omnichannel awareness, SurgeX for user acquisition, DiscvrX and AmplifiX for OEM and app discovery, and ResurgeX for re-engagement and retention.

The company also expanded its central AI workbench capabilities across predictive modelling, transformer models, audience segmentation, fraud detection, bid optimisation and agentic AI systems. Machine learning refresh cycles are now moving closer to near-hourly optimisation, allowing campaigns to adjust bids, creatives and targeting almost in real time.

Mobavenue said its AI-led workflows are already delivering measurable gains for clients. Consumer platform Snabbit reportedly scaled installs five-fold and first-time purchases ten-fold using the company’s systems. Travel platform Goibibo achieved a two-times improvement in click-to-install efficiency, while skincare brand Sebamed recorded a 1.27 per cent click-through rate with 110 per cent delivery through precision targeting initiatives.

The company also picked up industry recognition during the year, winning Gold at honours hosted by AdTech India in categories including Programmatic & Emerging Media and AI & Creative Automation. It was also recognised in Aerospike’s ‘Champions of Scale 2025’.

Commenting on the results, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited founder, MD and CEO Ishank Joshi said, “FY2026 has been a milestone year for Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, defined by disciplined growth, strong execution and meaningful progress in our AI-led transformation.”

He added that the company’s AI infrastructure, which processes over 125 crore signals daily and reaches around 2.5 billion devices globally, had become a “structural advantage” in delivering measurable client outcomes.

Looking ahead, Mobavenue plans to deepen its UK and LATAM presence, expand into new developed and emerging markets, strengthen enterprise and mid-market partnerships, and continue investing in its AI labs and centre of excellence as part of its long-term Mission 2030 roadmap.

With AI, adtech and performance marketing increasingly converging into one high-speed ecosystem, Mobavenue appears keen to ensure it is not merely riding the wave, but helping engineer it.
