Deloitte India appoints Navinn Somaal as director – technology and transformation

MUMBAI: Deloitte India has appointed Navinn Somaal as director – technology and transformation (ET&P: SAP), strengthening its push into large-scale SAP-led enterprise transformation.

In his new role, Somaal will drive complex SAP programmes across industries, focusing on digital modernisation, enterprise migrations and next-generation platform transformations.

He joins Deloitte from EY, where he served as director, leading global SAP delivery initiatives. With more than two decades of experience in technology delivery and engineering leadership, Somaal has previously held senior roles at eBorn Consulting, AG Technologies, Madhvani Group, Bristlecone, Wipro Infotech and Siemens Information Systems.

His career spans projects across India, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

An alumnus of the Welingkar Institute of Management, Somaal is known for his expertise in SAP archiving, carve-outs, S/4HANA transformation and large-scale enterprise migrations, bolstering Deloitte India’s transformation-led SAP capabilities.
