Preyash Jhaveri appointed as Adani Gas Interim CFO

MUMBAI: Adani Gas has named Preyash Jhaveri as its interim chief financial officer, effective immediately. The appointment, approved by the board on Monday, comes on the recommendation of the company’s nomination and remuneration committee. Jhaveri will hold the reins until a permanent CFO is appointed.

The board meeting also updated the list of key managerial personnel authorised to assess material events and make disclosures to stock exchanges. With Jhaveri stepping in, Adani Gas signals continuity and steady stewardship of its financial helm during the search for a long-term leader.
