Saregama to transfer TV content business to subsidiary

MUMBAI: The shareholders of Saregama India Ltd have approved a scheme of arrangement for transferring the company’s television software business to a wholly-owned subsidiary Saregama Films Ltd (SFL).

At the markets, the counter slipped 1.73 per cent to close not far from the day’s low of Rs 48.15. The scrip traded 319 shares in the Rs 48-49 band on BSE today.
