Balaji, Zee announce dates for Q2 results

MUMBAI: Zee Telefilms Ltd has announced that it will hold its Board of Directors’ (BoD) meeting on October 16, 2003. Balaji Telefilms Ltd will also hold its BoD meeting this month, on October 24, 2003.
Among other items on their agenda, the two companies will consider their respective unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30. Balaji will also make a declaration of interim dividend on equity shares of the company.
Balaji has fixed November 12, 2003, as the record date for ascertaining of shareholders, eligible for receiving interim dividend, if declared by the BoD at the meeting.
