Adlabs to hold EGM on 14 May

MUMBAI: Adlabs Films Ltd will consider preferential allotment of equity shares to Singapore-based Arisaig Partners (Asia) Pte Ltd at Rs 150 a share, aggregating to $6 million.

The company will discuss this at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members on 14 May, according to a BSE notice.

At the meeting, the company will also consider the approval of an increase in FII holding.
