The Princesses were selected based on the best drawing entry of their own imaginary Princess and the correct answer to a simple question. Disney Channel also showcased the top 25 entries till mid-September on-air with Princess hopefuls in a collage with their drawings. All contest entries received a participation certificate and Doy goodies applauding their efforts.

Walt Disney Television International (India) director marketing and communications Tushar Shah said, “This promotion on Disney Channel aimed to nurture kid’s creativity, talent and encourage them to achieve their aspirations by providing a unique gratification for girl viewers. The promotion enabled them to actually be a ‘Princess’ just like their favourite classic Disney Princesses while allowing a perfect integration of brand philosophies for both Disney and Doy Princess.”
