Hinduja TMT announces changes in directorship

 MUMBAI: The Hinduja TMT Ltd informed Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that it appointed Dr. C Srinivasan as an additional director on the Board of the Company with effect from 22 December. Dr. Srinivasan qualifies as an Independent Director pursuant to revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
 
 

S Soloman Raj ceased to be Vice Chairman and director of the Company upon his resignation with effect from 22 December, due to preoccupation with other engagements.
 
 

The announcement placed in the BSE website also states that A K Das ceased to be director of the Company upon his resignation with effect from 22 December due to preoccupation with other engagements.
