Fun Cinemas to celebrate ‘Bangla weekends’

NEW DELHI: Four Bengali films will be screened during the ‘Best of Bangla Weekends’ programme at Fun Cinemas in the National Capital Region for two consecutive weekends.

Rituparno Ghosh‘s Chokher Bali and Antarmahal, Buddhadeb Dasgupta‘s Swapner Din and Raja Mukherjee‘s Bidhatar Lekha will be screened on 18–19 October and 25–26 October.

“The aim of the Bangla weekends is to bring a sense of novelty and aesthetic pleasure to discerning audiences,” said Fun Cinemas SVP marketing Shirish Handa.

The ‘Best of Bangla Weekends‘ will be hosted at Fun Cinemas, V3S Mall Delhi and Fun Cinemas in Vaishali and Ghaziabad.
