ETC launches film-based show ‘Bada Pardaa’
MUMBAI: ETC has launched Bada Pardaa, a show showcasing different aspects of popular films. Dedicated to one film per episode, the attempt is to get viewers closer to big movies.
According to an official release, the show will kick off this November with old classic Mughal- E -Azam.
Bada Pardaa will showcase different aspects of films. Its songs, its stars, its producer/director, scenes and interesting incidents will be flashed on ETC all through the period of thirty days, when the forthcoming film is riding as Bada Pardaa, says the release.
So one can see special 40 seconds capsules dedicated to Mughal- E -Azam, hear songs of the film on ETC Music, catch some good and see the making of the film in the show ‘Unseen’, adds the release.
Viewers can catch Director’s Special, a 30-minutes show about the director of Mughal- E -Azam K Asif, his work and his time. Then there is ETC Shahanshah and ETC Shahzaada talking about Prithviraj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar respectively. It will also have the viewpoint from people who matter. These shows will telecast between 8 November to 16November, while other trivia and complete songs will continue all through the month in compilations and as capsules.
Viewers can get entertained with unknown facets about the life of the stars and director in vignettes and tidbits. In short Bada Pardaa is a bagful of goodies from the classic Mughal- E -Azam.
It will also have contest with 60 seconds capsule. It will be on air five times a day and will ask questions pertaining to trivia, colorization concept, and multimedia contests about the film.
