Belly twins to dazzle at Bollywood awards
MUMBAI: It’s going to be sizzling hot at the Bollywood Fashion awards and Bollywood awards. The organisers have roped in the world famous belly dancer duo Neena and Veena, touted as Americas Sexiest Twins, to perform at the Bollywood Awards.
The twins, who entralled the audience at the Oscar Awards, will perform at the Bollywood Fashion Awards and the Bollywood Awards to be held on 30 April and 1May Xandu and the Mark G Etess Arena at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The Belly twins, as they are called, have been featured as actresses and special guest dancers on hundreds of national and international stages, films, television commercials, music videos, sitcoms, and talk shows. They have performed live stage shows for world renowned artists, celebrities, royalty, and dignitaries, including former Prime Ministers of India and Lebanon, Sting, U2, Hugh Hefner, and Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston at the golden couple’s wedding reception, says a company release.
Their television credits include Academy Awards, Live with Regis & Kelly, ER, The View (with Barbara Walters), Jenny Jones, American Music Awards, and Dick Clarks The Other Half. Besides, Veena and Neena have also been the center of Hollywood’s TV gossip and news shows, such as Extra, E!, Entertainment Tonight, and several segments of both CNN and VH-1.
As for the silver screen ventures, the duo has moonlighted as actors in various movies including Scorpion King, and From Dusk Til Dawn. They have also lend their voices for Disneys Jungle Book 2 . Besides they have been in dozens of music videos for artists such as Dr. Dre, Ricky Martin, Michael Jackson, Tom Petty, and Aerosmith.They have been featured in popular magazines such as InStyle, YM, Time, Muscle & Fitness, New York Daily News, and Fit. and in the national best seller The Book of Twins and the national Twins 2000-year calendar. Currently, they are working on multiple book deals.
The Bollywood Movie Awards, an event of international stature, honors the outstanding achievements of Indian moviemakers and artists during the prior year. Previous attendees and performers include Michael Jackson, Richard Gere, Steven Seagal, Sir Andrew Lloyd Weber, Tyra Banks, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, and almost every celebrity from the Indian film industry, says the release.
The top actors and actresses of the Indian film industry, Sanjay Dutt, Kareena Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar, Bipasha Basu, Dino Morea, Jimmy Shergill, Rajesh Khanna, Hema Malini, Shankar Mahadevan and Chitra will perform alongside several international stars. The international line up include Arrow, from the Caribbean (famous for the “Feeling Hot Hot Hot” song), Celia Samaroo and Adesh Samaroo from Guyana and Trinidad respectively.

Industry leaders join jury as nominations surge for marketing tech awards
NEW DELHI: The ad:tech Honours Awards 2026 are gearing up for a bigger second edition, with Ajay Kakar, head of corporate branding at Adani Group, set to chair the jury for India’s technology-focused marketing awards.
Organised in partnership with the International Advertising Association India Chapter, the awards celebrate the growing influence of technology in shaping modern advertising and marketing outcomes. This year’s edition has drawn a strong response from across the industry, signalling rising momentum around innovation in marketing technology.
The organisers say the nominations reflect a wide range of ideas and approaches, highlighting how brands and agencies are increasingly leaning on platforms, tools and data to sharpen their campaigns and connect with audiences more effectively.
Leading the evaluation process, Kakar will head a jury made up of senior leaders from across brands, agencies and technology platforms.
The jury panel includes Amaresh Godbole, CEO, digital technology business at Publicis Groupe; Bishwajeet S, head of marketing and PR at Volkswagen India; Carol Goyal, executive director at Rediffusion and CEO of Aesthetic Intelligence Lab; Kushal Sanghvi, director at Komerz; Lara Balsara, executive director at Madison World; Rana Barua, group CEO India, sea and North Asia; Deepak Oram, senior vice president growth marketing and martech; and Priyanka Khaneja Gandhi, head of marketing and creative solutions at Amazon Ads India.
The ad:tech Honours Awards aim to recognise not just creative campaigns but the smart use of technology that delivers measurable impact and business results. Categories this year reflect the rapidly evolving digital landscape, covering areas such as artificial intelligence, data-driven marketing, content ecosystems, automation, martech and adtech integration, and commerce-led marketing.
The winners will be announced on 17 March 2026 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi during ad:tech New Delhi 2026.
