Balaji COO Pavithran quits

MUMBAI: After a six-year stint, Balaji Telefilms chief operating officer Rajesh Pavitran has put in his papers.

He is tipped to join K Sera Sera as chief operating officer of television business.

Speaking exclusively to Indiantelevision.com, Pavithran says, “All good things must come to an end. I have spent six rewarding years with Balaji. I have a few options that I am considering.”

When asked whether he was joining K Sera Sera, Pavithran declined to comment. K Sera Sera CEO Cacon Sethi neither confirmed nor denied Pavithran’s appointment.

A management graduate, Pavithran has worked in organisations like Nimbus Communications and Indian Express.
