YES Bank gets ISO 9001:2000 for back office operations

MUMBAI: The recently launched private sector bank- YES Bank has acquired ISO 9001:2000 certification for all its Back Office Operations.
 
 
The scope of the certification encompasses clearing operations, cash management services, retail liabilities operations, treasury operations, direct banking operations, trade finance services and credit / loan administration.
 
 
These important activities across the operations functions include
internally domiciled, as well as outsourced, activities rendered by YES Bank on ‘critical to customer quality’ parameters through the
enforcement and monitoring of a comprehensive SLA Management system, informs a company release.
 
 
Yes Bank CEO and managing director Rana Kapoor said, “The levels of commitment demonstrated by our employees in the certification process and the highest standards of the quality management system which has been defined, has solicitated high appreciation from the assessing body. Through this certification YES Bank has taken a step forward towards its ambition of catering to highest levels of our customers’ expectations when our operations expand to cover locations across India.”
