Stone Sapphire builds fun with Bildago launch
MUMBAI: This Children’s Day, playtime just got an upgrade. Stone Sapphire India Pvt. Ltd., the force behind popular homegrown toy brand Skoodle, has launched Bildago, a new range of building block sets that bring together creativity, quality, and value in one smart, snappy package. Designed to spark curiosity and problem-solving in young minds, Bildago marks Stone Sapphire’s bold entry into India’s booming building block toy market.
The timing couldn’t be better. The Indian building block segment, valued at over 385 million dollars in 2023, is one of the fastest-growing categories in the toy industry, projected to climb at nearly 15 per cent CAGR through 2028. Riding this wave, Bildago enters with five themed collections, street, x-terrain, stellar, motocraft, and snapback, offering everything from speedy racers to cosmic explorers.
Each set is precision-engineered to create up to three different builds, while four sets in a series can be combined to form one mega model. It’s a play concept that keeps imagination and replayability at the heart of every build.
Available across major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Ahmedabad, and soon expanding to tier-II markets. Bildago aims to make world-class construction toys accessible without the sky-high price tag.
Commenting on the launch, Stone Sapphire India Pvt. Ltd. managing director and CEO Shobhit Singh said the goal was to merge “global quality with Indian affordability.” He added, “Each Bildago set is built to inspire kids to play, experiment, and dream big, because great builders start small.”
To mark the launch, Stone Sapphire has teamed up with SPAR India for a special Children’s Day activation, running 7–16 November across select malls. Themed build, play, imagine & compete, the event invites kids to take on creative building challenges using Bildago kits, blending fun with learning in true “play with purpose” spirit.
With Bildago, Stone Sapphire is not just entering a category, it’s building a generation of dreamers, one block at a time.
