Publicis’ co Starcom wins Lenskart media duties

MUMBAI: Starcom, a Publicis Media company, has won the media duties of the eyewear retailer Lenskart.

Lenskart has growing business that reaches out to over 1, 00,000 customers a month via a combination of a strong online business as well as ‘home check-up’ service.

As per industry estimates, India’s retail market is expected to expand at a CAGR of 10 per cent to $1.6 trillion by 2026 from $641 billion in 2016. India’s e-commerce market is expected to reach $220 billion in terms of gross merchandise value (GMV) and 530 million shoppers by 2025.

Lenskart, offering quality products at affordable prices, has grown more than 200 per cent in the last two years, appearing among the top three optical businesses in India today.
