Optima Response bags Specsmakers digital mandate

MUMBAI: Specsmakers, the largest optical retail chain in South India has awarded its digital business to Optima Response, a full-service agency based out of Chennai. Optima already handles the mainline business for Specsmakers.

Specsmakers has multiple digital assets including presence in social platforms. The mandate includes driving traffic to these digital assets, drive store visits, increase share of search and over time transform Specsmakers from a pure-play brick & mortar brand to an omnichannel brand.

Specsmakers CEO Pratik Shah says, “Optima has been with us for the last 12 months. They have added a lot of value to our mainline advertising. When we started looking for a digital partner, we liked how Optima approached the digital communication. They brought fresh ideas to the table and we are sure they will add value to our digital communication also.”
