Confirming the development to Indiantelevision.com, Lowe India senior vice president Sabyasachi Mishra elucidates, “The ‘core sector’ is the next big opportunity in an economy like India’s. Most players here are quite under-leveraged in branding terms. Moreover, there are a whole host of new global entities coming in. So there’s going to be a huge surge in pure branding and in preference-building efforts. As an agency we are well-equipped and very keen to provide this kind of specialised expertise. We consider C&O a major opportunity to do that.”
C&O is essentially a fuel management company based out of Dubai with operations in the Indian subcontinent, Indonesia, China, South Africa and Australia.

Interestingly, this is the first time that a fuel management company has appointed an agency in India. The brief clearly is to create a strong branding and awareness among the Indian conglomerates who have energy needs; the aim being – to be one of the top global players in fossil fuel management.
The media be used will be relevant to their target group. The agency claims that the account size is significant and has a lot of potential for growth.

C&O is an integrated energy supply conglomerate that provides energy solutions from stand alone sourcing to turnkey contracts and supply chain logistics.
