Cartoon Network to spin 'Dragon Tales' next year

MUMBAI: Cartoon Network is going from strength to strength. One of the new shows lined up for next year is Dragon Tales.

At the start of the show the Two Hispanic children, Max and Emmy, move into a new home. Like any young children, they're not quite happy at first about moving. Then, Emmy finds a secret drawer and inside is box containing a magical, shimmering dragon scale. They just have to say "I wish, I wish, with all my heart, to fly with dragons, in a land apart."

The six year old Emmy has an active spirit and sense of adventure. She's always ready to chip in her ideas, participate in fun games and sporting activities and help out all of her friends. However, her take-charge personality can sometimes rub the wrong way and she occasionally needs to take a step back when she becomes to close to the action.

Max is Emmy's younger brother. While he is always happy to join her on an adventure to Dragon Land, he sometimes gets upset about being too small to do certain things.

Another show that will air is The Koala Brothers. Frank and Buster, have a special mission in life: to help others in need. Their adventures take them all over the Outback and it's never too long before someone needs their help, even if that someone doesn't know it yet.

Meanwhile eight-year-old Mac is the title character in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Mac has outgrown his imaginary friend. So he takes his buddy Bloo a walking, talking security blanket to Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Here all sorts of odd characters, given up by their creators, are welcome to stay until new kids come to adopt them. Mac strikes a deal with Madame Foster, the proprietor: as long as he comes to visit every day, Bloo will not be put up for adoption.
