MUMBAI: The blockbuster Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire has crossed the $600 million mark in international receipts, becoming the fifth-highest-grossing film of all time.

This is a number that the five best picture Oscar nominees including Brokeback Mountain and Munich cannot dream of collectively achieving.

Harry Potter's key markets were Japan ($91 million), the UK ($84 million), Germany ($62 million), France ($55 million), Australia ($26 million), Spain ($23 million), and Mexico ($21 million).

Warner Bros. Pictures International distribution president Veronika Kwan-Rubinek says, "We are incredibly proud of this film and its spectacular showing all over the world. The international team and our territory offices worked hard to maximise its potential in every country, and I congratulate them on these fantastic results."

All four films in the Harry Potter series are among the ten highest grossing films of all time. The first film Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone grossed $657 million. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets grossed $616 million and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban took in $545 million internationally.
