Before joining FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX, Painter played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape at Madison and Wizcraft, where she established and optimised HR functions. With notable tenures at renowned organisations such as Godrej Upstream, DNA, and Jobstreet, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to create harmonious workplaces and align strategies to meet evolving business and employee needs.
