Cutting Edge Media to sell air time for EuroNews

MUMBAI: European news channel EuroNews is aiming at generating advertising sales reveune in India. The channel has signed an agreement with the Mumbai based Cutting Edge Media to handle advertising sales. In India EuroNews is being distributed through direct-to-home - - DishTV platform.
Cutting Edge Media is an independent media sales firm with over 15 years of experience in media sales. The Cutting Edge Media team will report directly to EuroNews Sales managing director Olivier de Montchenu, according to media report.

EuroNews Sales managing director Olivier de Montchenu said, "EuroNews is continuing to make progress in worldwide distribution, which can be seen via successful launches in Asia and particularly India. Cutting Edge Media will allow EuroNews to seek new advertising revenues and maintain EuroNews’ presence in the marketplace."

EuroNews now reaches over 156 million households by digital cable/satellite and terrestrial distribution in 102 countries worldwide including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, North and Latin America. ASC Enterprise and the Zee combine promoted Dish TV direct-to-home (DTH) service had signed a deal Euro News for carriage of the news channels on the platform.
