Mumbai: With another weekend upon us, it is time to unwind with the latest Q&A edition of Indiantelevision.com’s Weekend Unwind—a series of informal chats that peek into the minds of business executives through a fun lens in an attempt to get to know the person behind the title a little better. 

In this week’s session, we have Foxymoron business head – South Keerthi R Kumar.

Kumar joined FoxyMoron in 2021 as the group account head at FoxyMoron’s Bengaluru office and has now been promoted to business head—South in just under a year. 

He has over 12 years of diverse industry experience in client management, brand management, digital marketing, and digital/brand strategy. He has also worked on building various digital campaigns for brands across industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, food and beverages, retail, fitness, fashion, online classifieds, etc.

Before starting his stint at FoxyMoron, Kumar led the digital mandate for HCG Cancer Hospitals. Before that, he was an account director at Dentsu Webchutney and served as a digital account manager for Phantom Ideas.

Kumar has won the Cannes and Spikes Asia awards for his work. He has also pursued an EMBA in digital marketing and brand management from NIBM Institute.

Rajnikanth movies over and over and over again. A fresh brew at any point in the day.

I try to do something new every now and then. The last one being a no electricity day.

To be as independent as possible.

Meeting new people, bike rides and watching sports.

- What’s on top of your bucket list?

Visiting San Siro and Santiago Bernabeu.

- If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Be yourself, and people who recognise that will always be around.

Kindness and love towards animals because they deserve it.
