Motive
Communications which claims to be the leading provider of
intelligent service software, has announced that it will
work with top cable modem manufacturer Motorola. The two
companies will help cable broadband providers resolve subscriber
installation and connectivity issues more effectively while
improving the overall broadband customer experience.
The
aim is to create the "smart home," where all consumer devices
and applications are integrated into a common service infrastructure

extending its relationships to cable modem manufacturers
like Motorola, Motive intends to embed intelligent service
