service. Through this newly launched service, a customer can speak

Travelguru's hotline numbers. Each guru is an expert in a specific
geographical region, and would provide information to the traveler
that is city-specific, down to the micro detail. Here is how it
operates: For example, if one is a first- time traveler to Chennai
and is seeking details on the best area or property to book a hotel
stay, Travelguru's 'Chennai Ka Guru' will provide details on hotels,
neighbourhoods, local activities, entertainment spots, eateries,
must-see places, and the like.
Allowing the traveler to get a quick and relevant overview of the
city, the Hotel Guru captures the spirit of each city. The Gurus
are packed with fresh perspectives and incisive reviews of the best
places to eat, drink, shop and maximize your time spent in the destination
of your choice. They have the insider tips that help customers make
an educated choice on where to stay.
The unique initiative will be supported by print ads to start with,
followed by other media. An engaging element of the ads is that
the models featured as Hotel Gurus in the ads are real life Travelguru
employees.
