MUMBAI:
The ninth episode of NDTV India’s Bombay Lawyers deals with
two cases, both of which place a high predicament on the ethos in
our modern society.
 The
first case, deals with two mothers, both claiming a two year child
is theirs and both speaking the truth. Roy and Raghavan’s Vivek
Raghavan defends the poor surrogate mother of a two year old child
against the claim of his well off biological mother.
The
second case is fought by the firm’s young lawyer Naina for
newly married man seeking divorce. This case where the husband claims
to be unaware of his wife being pregnant before marriage exposes
the marriage market prevalent in our society.
