Red FM Mumbai, the station of expression for millions of music lovers
now empowers the listeners of Red FM with the Red Mike
- a tool that will give them an opportunity to bajaao issues relevant
to them!!! A Series of on-ground activities have been planned to
bring alive the RED MIKE in the lives of Mumbaikars. Right from
playing their favourite music to bajaaoing issues, Red FM listeners
can now experience the brand attitude of the radio station in their
daily lives.
Every
week on the radio station, Red Mike has been bajaaoing three issues
selected by Mumbaikars, and has received tremendous response from
the listeners so far. The on-ground activities are an extension
of the on-air experience that will now touch listeners directly
in their day to day life. On ground initiatives like Red Mike Float,
Red Mike Booths and Red Mike Gold Cabs have created a buzz across
every nook and corner of the city. Red Mike Booths have been placed
in Malls and multiplexes across town, wherein anybody can walk in
and record their comment on the issues of the week or simply request
a song on Red FM.
All
the activities have been designed so as to reach listeners right
at their doors! The Red Mike Gold Cabs and Float will travel across
all major Malls, Housing Societies, Colleges and Hangouts of Greater
Mumbai covering areas from Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon,
Andheri, Santacruz, Vile Parle, Four Bungalows, Bandra, Manish Nagar,
Chembur, Ghatkopar, Sion, Matunga, Thane and Vashi.
Commenting
on the campaign, Red FM Mumbai, Station & Marketing Head, Anuj
Singh said, In a scenario where all radio station promise
interactivity and engagement with listeners, RED MIKE distinguishes
itself from all these promises. RED MIKE is not just about interactivity
it is literally AN EXPERIENCE touching all the senses of our listeners

tune with the sprit of Red Mike, the station also launches the Red
FM Filmy Fry an attempt to bring the best of Bollywood
for its listeners in true Bajaate Raho style. Red Filmy Fry will
now invite 10 lucky listeners every week to watch the weeks
latest release with Red FMs Filmy Fry experts, and give their
reviews of the film on the Red Mike. Listeners can participate by
simply SMSing FILMY to 58558.
Red
Mike Campaign has taken a complete 360 degree approach, across outdoor,
print, online, channel partnerships, on-air innovations and various
on-ground promotions at direct consumer touch points weaving in
greater interactivity with the listeners.
